Break Noise!!

I have a 2016 Civic sedan lx with 25,000 miles I got 2 weeks ago from a dealer. Ever since I got it there has been quite a bit of break noise at low speeds coming from the rear. The noise sounds like rubbing, not grinding, and I am wondering if this is normal as my pads should not need replaced at this milage.
